Our office has an increasing number of calls requesting information as to when tickets are sent out for our tours. Tickets are always sent by post one week before the trip you have booked as we then have a confirmed schedule from Network Rail for your trip and are able only then to advise our passengers of this. We always advise this information when you book by telephone. If you require written confirmation in advance of your tickets please send us an SAE or e-mail requesting this. |

Compass Tours are a small Pro-Rail and family run organisation who specialise in the planning of excursions by charter train. Assistance is given from a large volunteer team who are committed to giving all our passengers a unique and enjoyable experience. The trains are operated on our behalf by licensed train operating companies who specialise in charter train operation.
We visit interesting destinations, often via scenic and interesting routes, offering enjoyable and comfortable travel by rail for journeys from local railway stations to various parts of the UK not usually manageable in one day by regular scheduled rail services. |
